Parent Account Details
Parents/Guardians MUST receive Access ID's and passwords from school personnel.
They are CASE SENSITIVE!
Access ID's and passwords are NOT the student network username and password. Parents should NOT use student accounts as it will inhibit student ability to access the network during school.
It is STRONGLY suggested that in the case of multiple student accounts, link ONE student only. After account is created, then proceed to attach the remaining students to your account (after logging in) by clicking on Account Preferences.
If still unable to create an account or unable to log in after creating an account, contact the School District Help Desk for assistance at 792-7614.
Do NOT contact the Help Desk to retrieve username or passwords on previously created accounts. Use the link on the log in page to retrieve forgotten usernames and/or passwords.
